Dr. Rebecca Branstetter

Rebecca (Bell) Branstetter, Ph.D., is a Clinical Psychologist and a Licensed Educational Psychologist in the San Francisco Bay Area. Dr. Branstetter assesses and counsels children and adolescents with learning and emotional challenges in the public schools and in private practice. She earned her doctorate in Education at the University of California at Berkeley, with specialization in cognition and development and school psychology. She conducted post-doctoral training at the Autism Clinic at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Branstetter writes about her experiences working with a diverse group of students, parents, and teachers in her blog, Notes From The School Psychologist. She is the editor of The Teachable Moment: Seizing the Instants When Children Learn and author of The School Psychologist's Survival Guide and The Everything Parents Guide to Children with Executive Functioning Disorder.
